Brief introduction of system:
Transformer station is capable to provide two meter-reading plan:
1、The master station of meter-reading system can realize the meter-reading via the industry personal computer set on the mater station side.
The master station control and access the industry personal computer for meter-reading which at the transformer station via PSTN or Ethernet. The industry personal computer follow the control order from master station read the meter automatically and timely also process and save data and so on.
The system can read back the copied data, which the master station with substation meter-reading system according preset meter-reading task. Under the range which master station appoint at any moment, substation can record the transformer station switch position via reading the switch quantity of adjust automatization system. The meter-reading unit, the meter-reading task and plan can be set. Set up the file and adjust the relationship of transformer, feeder and meter-reading unit, meter change, CT change. The copied data are been static assort, the transformer station potentionment, whole station, genertrix balance analysis.
The automatic meter-reading control management software equipped on the meter-reading industry personal computer used to control the computer reading the meter timely follow the demand of master station, run on the spot.

2、The master station accomplish the meter-reading via the remote meter-reading unit.
The master station uses the PSTN as meter-reading communication channel, access and control the spot meter via the remote meter-reading unit which set on it. The remote meter-reading unit interprets the order from master station via telephone line and is transmitted to 485 bus, and the copied data from meter of 485 bus are sending back. The master station static the energy data, analysis and collect.
Matches the multi-function watt-hour meter can read the energy parameter, load curvy and other power index remotely and fast. The remote meter-reading unit connect the master station and the spot meter.
The advantages of the plan are as follow: the wide rang of remote meter-reading unit: from single major user measure point to transformer station feeder measure point, etc. It has the small investment, convenient construction and application, fast meter-reading and high load performance of 485.
The two meter-reading plans are capable of complement and corporation mutually to accommodate the demand of remote meter reading and spot.
