All the raw and processed materials have been checked before on stream.Part of the pivotal parts of an apparatus have been aging checked before use;all the hardware have been aging checked by low temperature -20℃（24 hours）、high temperature+55℃(48 hours).Our company has added three jointing product lines、tow fitting product lines and special checkout workshop.The flowing water line is used on all production.The single-phase or three-phase electronic watthour meter must be checked by high temperature aging for 24 hours and normal temperature aging for 48 hours.The equipment for checkout before leave factory is 0.1 grade YC-1893 three-phase watthour meter checkout equipment and 0.1 grade YC-1891 single-phase watthour meter checkout equipment.Also we set up the standard for electrical energy measure.All the products must been strict checked before leave factory.The data of fitting and checkout of all kinds of the products are input to the local area network exactly.All of our products are qualified for 3 years spot tested by National Technical Director Bureau.
